Herbal consultations offer a supportive, one-on-one space to slow down, be deeply heard, and explore your health concerns through an integrative, whole-person lens with certified herbalist Jana Carter. These sessions are rooted in relationship-based care, honoring the interconnectedness of body, mind, and spirit.

Drawing from Western herbalism, Eastern wisdom traditions, and holistic wellness practices, our time together (approximately 1–2 hours) is devoted to understanding your unique constitution, patterns, and vitality. The consultation includes a comprehensive intake along with a gentle Traditional Chinese Medicine–inspired assessment, such as observation of the tongue, face, and nails, to gather insight into underlying imbalances.

Following your session, additional time is dedicated to thoughtful case research and formulation. You will receive a personalized wellness plan that may include custom herbal formulas, targeted supplements, lifestyle and dietary guidance, and supportive practices designed to encourage balance, resilience, and long-term wellbeing.

These consultations are collaborative and educational, empowering you with tools and understanding to participate actively in your healing process.
